Manchester United announced that Eric Ramsay had joined the coaching staff earlier this month after leaving a role at Chelsea U23's. Solskjaer made the decision to recruit Ramsay ahead of the 2021/22 season and the young coach has been spotted giving tips to some of the club's youngsters.
